We are in a UK butterfly emergency and we need your help more than ever before.
By taking part in Butterfly Conservation’s Big Butterfly Count – a UK wide survey, you can help assess the health of our environment simply by counting butterflies. Come and join OUWG as part of the Big Butterly count on the nature reserve. This national count is running betweenthe 17th of July and 9th of August and you can join OUWG in recording species.

Non members are asked to join OUWG to attend these free events and access the site. Becoming a member is easy via www.ouwg.org.uk for just £5 individual/£8 family/£15 group per year (concs available), and donations also welcome.
