What to expect
An invitation to come into the present moment
connect our body and breath
explore our senses and sensations in our relationship with nature
receive the natural living world around us with loving kindness for oneself, each other and nature
in a spirit of acceptance and curiosity about what’s here
We’ll gather and have a bit of time to find a place to settle
There will be logs and a bench to sit on or you might like to sit or lie on the ground.
Please bring anything you need that makes you comfortable such as a stool, rug or cushion.
Everyone over 16 is welcome, especially if this is your first time.
