Nature connection through movement and awareness with Helen Edwards

Come and enjoy a hour of connection with the earth and sky and the different ecologies of the nature reserve through movement meditation and relaxation practices with Helen Edwards. No previous experience necessary. Open to all.

Thursday morning volunteer work parties

Enjoy time outdoors, meet other local people, learn about the ecological significance of the nature reserve, local conservation work, and get involved and act for nature. Come for as short or as long a time as you wish. Open to all.
