Boundary Brook Nature Reserve receive an Oxford Preservation Trust Award 2022

Boundary Brook Nature Reserve has received an Oxford Preservation Trust Award 2022. From conserving the best of Oxford’s past to encouraging great new projects, the Awards seek to recognise the contribution that projects, large and small, can make to Oxford’s character and communities

OUWG’s Ponds, Glades and Woodlands Project, funded by TOE has received and attended the OPT awards ceremony in Oxford on November 1st 2022.  OUWG Chair Helen Edwards, Membership Secretary Karen Salter and regular long term volunteer Nettie Chance attended on behalf of OUWG.  We were delighted to receive this commendation and thank all our volunteers and partners who have helped with work on this project over the last couple of years to make it such a success and to restore vital habitat and support biodiversity on site
